Jean -- I'd LOVE to come back in and get retaped. I'm going to wait a few months, to see if I can drop a few more lbs. and get to the gym to tone up first. Will you be having another class in August or September, or do you do appointments? As to how I lost the weight, I've been working with my doctor (an MD and registered nutritionist). I've had digestion problems all my adult life and no one could find a cause. This doctor suggested I give up gluten (wheat, oats, rye, barley) and dairy and caffeine and soy (I'm a vegetarian, so this was HARD). But, I've been losing 1-2lbs per week without any additional exercise. I'm eating a lot, eating well and feeling great! BTW -- I LOVE all the photos!! It just proves that there's no "normal" size. We're all beautiful!!
